Penang High Court Rules in Favour of Plaintiffs in Share Sale Dispute Involving Malaysia’s Only Tobacco Manufacturer

The Penang High Court has ruled in favour of plaintiffs Chan Eng Leong and Chong Bee Choo in a long-running dispute involving a share sale transaction and shareholders’ agreement concerning Global Tobacco Manufacturers International Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s only tobacco manufacturer.
